A bug, an idea for a tool, a question about Pro? Write to us: a real person reads every message.
We usually answer within a few days.
Tell us which tool, your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox…) and device, the type and size of the file, and the message you saw.
Please don't send the file itself unless we ask: Shrinkzy is built so that your files stay with you.
