Good to know
Is this signature legally valid?
It's a simple electronic signature: an image of your signature added to the document. It's accepted for many everyday uses (quotes, forms, internal documents), but it is not a certified or qualified electronic signature. For contracts that require one, use a certified service.
Is my document safe?
Yes. The PDF is opened and signed on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and your signature is not stored anywhere.
Can I sign several pages?
Yes. Go to another page and click “Place on this page” again. Each signature can be moved, resized or removed.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no email to give. Open the page, drop your file, and it is done.
Is it really free?
Yes. Photos, PDFs and audio are unlimited. The free plan covers 3 videos a day and 5 files at a time.
Is there a size limit?
No fixed limit. Your device's memory is the only ceiling, so a very large video takes longer and needs a recent phone or computer.
What happens to my original file?
Nothing at all. It stays on your device, untouched. Shrinkzy writes a new, lighter copy and leaves the original alone.
Can I compress several files at once?
Yes. Drop as many as you like, 5 at a time on the free plan, then download them one by one or all together in a ZIP.
Can I buy Pro today?
Not yet. Pro will remove the daily video limit and the files-at-once limit, and unlock 4K and the guaranteed max video size. Until it opens, every tool works for free within the limits shown in the comparison table.
